SUMMARY:Spring Seasonal Qi Zoom Free event
DESCRIPTION:Now is the season of leaving the Yin of Winter and embracing the Yang of Spring.  Spring suggests renewal and regeneration\, a burst of new energy that can bring both negative and positive change. Think of the joy of a new job\, moving house or retiring\, and the stresses that may come with each.   With the gentle movements of Qigong and Tai Chi we can move through this new season with expectancy\, energized to align with the best of what this season offers. \nWood represents the element of Spring\, when a very active energy brings  growth and progress. Branching out may come with visions and the need for wise decision making\, which calls for flexibility and open heartedness.  The color green symbolizes growth and new possibilities. \nThe organs of the spring are liver and gallbladder. In traditional Chinese medicine\,  the role of the liver is the smooth flow of Qi throughout the body.  When we’re not aligned with what we’re doing\, we feel stuck.  Thus the liver energy is out of balance\, anger appears\, with all its attending emotions of impatience\, frustration and stress.  We may notice this in neck pain or digestive issues. \nHolding onto anger causes our liver energy to stagnate. Anger harms no one but ourselves as we feel unable to move ahead.  Spring can be a time to notice this and release it as we see nature bursting forth in exuberant color and growth.   With that release comes planning and execution of our visions\, with the gallbladder in charge of decision-making.  Creativity flows and a time of expansion follows. \nMovement encourages the smooth flow of Liver Qi so please join us. \nRegister for this FREE event!\nTopic: Seasonal Qi at Dan Jones’s Personal Meeting Room \nhttps://us02web.zoom.us/j/9550769922?pwd=K1RtcFIyQ3pReTJLRnprOHFHVGJvdz09 \nJoin Zoom Meeting \nJoin our Cloud HD Video Meeting \nMeeting ID: 955 076 9922 \nPasscode: 909XzFlow
